• Free Shipping with USPS on orders over $200 USD, or $15 flat rate shipping with USPS
• OKAYOK apparel is made in Canada and subject to tariffs. Pricing includes tariffs, which are paid on customers behalf at the time of shipment. Orders are delivered duty paid (DDP) with a tariff receipt for your records.
• OKAYOK socks are made in Canada but are not subject to tariffs under the existing CUSMA/USMCA agreement.

International

• Flat Rates calculated according to accumulated item weight, from $20-$35 CAD.

OKAYOK accepts returns for refund, store credit, or exchange, both in person and by mail. Exceptions: socks and sale items are final sale.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date. All returns must be in new condition, unworn with all tags attached.
