OKAYOK now accepts returns for refund, store credit, or exchange by mail or in person. If you'd like to return or exchange your item(s), please read our Return & Exchange Policy below. Next, please fill out the Returns Form

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BASIC CONDITIONS

  • Returned merchandise must be shipped back to us (or returned in person) within 30 days of the order delivery date. 
  • All returns must be in new condition, unworn with all tags attached. 
  • We do not accept returns for socks. 

SHIPPING COST

While we will provide you with a return shipping label if you’re returning your item(s) by mail, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

  • Returns for Refund or Store Credit:
    • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Returns for Exchange:
    • If your original purchase met our $139 free shipping threshold, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you. If not, we will send you an invoice for shipping the exchanged item(s). Your new item(s) will be shipped to you upon payment of this invoice.

PRINT ON DEMAND

Print On Demand items may only be returned for store credit. As these items are produced through a third party service, we do not have the ability to provide you with a size or colour exchange. All Print On Demand items are marked with this message on their product listings. Shipping charges incurred will not be refunded as store credit.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING TIME

Some of our items are made to order in our studio. Depending on availability, if you’re exchanging an item for another, it may take time to produce. In this case, we give you a production time estimate.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will be accepted for return or exchange, except when marked otherwise during promotions.
