RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OKAYOK does not offer refunds, as many of our items are made to order when they are not in stock. 

If you would like to exchange an item or return it for store credit, please email us at support@okayok.ca with your order number and the details. You can select an exchange or store credit for the value of your returned item, minus the shipping charges. 

Returned merchandise must arrive back at OKAYOK within 30 days of order delivery date. All returns must be in new condition, unworn with all tags attached.
