Edges of the garment can meet, but not overlap - remember, it's an almost skirt!

Available in one size with a waist that adjusts to up to 46" in width with accompanying belt. Belt is made with cotton webbing that has been printed with sheer iridescent marbled vinyl and has a D-Ring Closure.
