Collegiate Rib Skirt

Description
A thick and stretchy skirt made with the knit pieces that would normally be on the cuffs and collar of a varsity jacket. The rib pieces were found in a local fabric shop and supplies are limited, so this skirt is made-to-order. We're making it to measure, and can accomodate sizes up to 46-47" hips. Skirt has an elastic waist and a slit that can be worn on the side or back.
